Is NWU Admission List for 2021 out?
All candidates that applied for admission at YUMSUK and participated in the Northwest University screening exercise for 2021/2022 academic session can now proceed to check their admission status online.
Firstly, candidates that have been admitted on the NWU merit list will be able to check their names on the NWU first list (1st batch).
Names of other candidates admitted on the NWU supplementary list via the 2nd list (second batch), and 3rd batch (third list) will see their names as they keep checking their status.

Following the recent development, all candidates are to check their admission status online via the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Now, candidates can follow the following procedure to easily check their status on the JAMB CAPS status portal;
- Check admission status via the online JAMB CAPS portal
- Visit https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility
- Login with your registered JAMB email and password.
- Click Login to proceed to your dashboard.
- Now, click on ‘Check Admission Status’
- Tap ‘Access my CAPS’
- Select “2021/2022” as your exam year.
- Finally, click on ‘Admission Status’ to see if you have been admitted or not

- Kindly visit the UMYU Admission Status Portal at http://nwu.edu.ng/screening/
- Scroll to the bottom and locate the Post UTME Screening link
- Select the “Post UTME Screening“ option to proceed
- Direct Entry Candidates should select “Direct Entry Screening”
- Input your JAMB Registration Number as needed in the space.
- Click on “Continue” to log in
- Navigate and click on “Admission Status” to see your YUMSUK admission status
How To Accept Admission YUMSUK JAMB CAPS Portal
If NWU has offered you a provisional admission, then you have to proceed to ‘ACCEPT’ the admission within 2 weeks.
