Caleb University Portal is the only approved portal for Parent & Student to access. This page gives students and parents an easy access to the portal.

Note: The Caleb University Portal is the official website/portal for the School. Any other Portal/Website that claims to be the same as this Portal is a Scam and should be avoided.

This portal is created for (Post UTME, Direct entry DE, Postgraduate, masters, distance education, JUPEB, pre-degree, remedial, sandwich users).

All students and candidates of the University are to create an online account or log in to perform certain academic actions at ease e.g. This portal links to:

• Course Registration
• Fees Payment
• Checking Result
• Application for admission
• Printing of transcript, etc.

How To log in:

• Visit the school website @http://calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• Look to the top-right-side of the website
• Locate where you see “School Portal“ and tp on it.
• If you don’t want to go through the long process, just visit https://ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• On opening the page, you will see four different options: Student, Parent, Applicant, Staff.
• Select any of “Student, Parent, Applicant, Staff” depending on who you are the portal you want to access

How To log in as a Student

• Go to https://ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• Select “Student”
• Or visit https://student.ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/ at once
• Enter your login details.
• Tap on “Sign in” to access your portal.

How To log in to the Parents portal

• The Caleb University parents portal can be accessed via https://ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• Select “Parent”
• Fill in your login details and proceed to log in and access your portal

How To log in as an Applicant and apply for admission

• The admission portal for applicants is accessible to via https://ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• Select “Applicant” or visit https://admission.ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• Click on “Sign in” to log in.
• Fill in your email and password and tap on “Register” to register if you don’t have an account yet”

How To log in as a Staff

• If you are a staff, visit https://ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• Select “Staff” or kindly visit https://admin.ums.calebuniversity.edu.ng/
• Enter your email and password and tap on “SIGN-IN” to log in to your portal.
