Any Institution has the liberty to raise their cut off mark for admission to their desire. But JAMB Registrar, said that institutions must not go below the minimum cut-off points for admissions as designated by JAMB.
NDA Departmental Cut Off Marks
According to the management, only candidates who score a minimum of 180 (for Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, Science and Military Science & Interdisciplinary Studies) and 210 (for Faculty of Engineering) in JAMB 2020 examination shall be offered admission into NDA by the AFSB.

NDA Admission Requirements 2020
The following requirements are paramount if you are interested in gaining admission into any Nigerian institution.
- A minimum of 5 credit passes with English and Mathematics in SSCE or its equivalent in not more than two sittings relevant to their choice of course.
- Must be at least 17 years old and not more than 21 years old at the point of entry into the academy.
- have at least two supporting relevant credits to the compulsory credits in the faculty of choice except in the faculty of Engineering where only one supporting credit is needed.
- not be more than 1.68m tall for male and 1.50m for females.
- Be single male or female without without legal obligation to support any child or individual.
- Applicants must physically and medically fit with good moral behaviors.
- Have a valid certificate of origin from local Government.
Note: other requirements may be set by the school. But the most important and most paramount requirements are the once listed above.
