An activation email will also be sent to the user’s email address, stating that a link has been sent to activate the DOE account.
The NYC School Principal must authorize permission to the staff member to view the website after the account has been successfully created on 365 Outlook Office.
The staff member can log into the DOE Email Outlook using the necessary credentials.
Outlook Login For DOE Email
To log into the NYC DOE Email Outlook account, follow the steps outlined below:
- To begin, go to the Extranet Portal on your smartphone.
- On that page, you’ll be asked to log into your Outlook account by providing your login credentials.

- After five unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked if you do not submit the exact answers.
- Press the Next button if you entered the security answers properly.
- After that, you can create a new password.
- Make sure you don’t use any of the previous five passwords as your new one.
- Every 30 days, the student can reset his or her password. If you need to change your password before the deadline,
