  • Aspirants with a Grade B in an NCE degree in any of the following study areas/subjects: Physical and Health Education, Science Education, Nutrition, & Home Economics are qualified to gain admission into 200 level.
  • Candidates who are with higher credit level in Higher National Diploma in the below subjects or courses are qualified for admission into 200 level: Community Health Office Training Certificate (CHO), Food science and technology, Home economics, Science laboratory technology and Medical Laboratory Sciences Candidates who have qualifications in these health-related discipline may be regarded fit for admission through the direct entry
  • Candidates in hold of 1-year post qualification experience in any health discipline are also fit for admission. The UTME subjects combination is Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

General Admission Requirements for PG Programs in Public Health Science

Aspirants for Postgraduate (PG) Diploma in Public health science are expected to have graduated from a recognized University or he/she is is expected to have qualifications in any relevant field rated to be equivalent to their first degree.

  • A holder of not less than an upper credit in the Higher National Diploma attained a recognized institution may also be fit for admission into 200 level
