Following the recently released JAMB admission update for 2021, JAMB has instructed all institutions to adhere to the laid down admission guideline released for 2021 admission across the nation.

As a result of this, some school had either reduced their cut off mark to meet the JAMB recommended cut off mark schedule while some other schools still maintain their last year cut off mark.

What is Delsu cut off mark for 2021? The recently released DELSU cut off mark for 2021 is 180. This information is released to prepare candidates for the upcoming Post UTME which is scheduled to come up soon.

Candidates who meet the required cut off mark are eligible to apply for admission at Delta State University, Abraka but those who do not, should do any of the following;

Importantly, the DELSU cut off mark 2021 is the first and most compulsory requirement that all intending aspirants must meet to be eligible for admission.

Only candidates that meet the Delta State University JAMB cut-off mark and the departmental cut-off mark schedule for each course and the department will be considered for admission.

Note; only applicants who have a JAMB score within the range of the recommended departmental cut-off point and meet other admission criteria will be admitted.

In the aspect of DELSU departmental cut off mark, even if you score up to the general cut off mark, or your score is equivalent or above your departmental cut off mark, you may still not be admitted if you don’t meet other admission criteria.

For example, how good or bad is your O’level result because it plays a very vital role in whether you will be qualified for admission or not.

Candidates who u use one sitting O’level result have might have an advantage over those that use 2 sittings. Factors like this are sometimes considered in the admission process.

Another important factor is your O’level grades. Candidates with higher grades like A or B in their needed subjects will gain an advantage over those with C.

Importantly, candidates who did the wrong subject combinations during JAMB might be denied admission. Especially those that do not have the needed subjects in their O’level result.
