How to choose a Good Center for your Exam
Candidates do not have the total freedom of choosing the center for their exam. Meanwhile, candidates can only choose a region that they want their center, and JAMB will then, fix them at any available center in that region.
Criteria for getting A good Center:
- Register Early: Those who register early enough will likely get good centers within the region they choose while those who register lately may be shifted to distance centers if the centers within their region have been filled up already.
- It is advisable to register at a CBT center that is within the region that you choose for your exam and JAMB might possibly assign that same center or the nearest center for you.
- Registration at any non-accredited or unapproved center will be rendered invalid.
- Finally, make sure you present yourself at the center during the registration to cross-check your information and details before your application is submitted to avoid wrong details and mistakes that may occur from the typist.
Note: All candidates are entitled to receive the 2021 JAMB recommended novel and Brochure at the completion of their registration at the CBT center at no extra cost.
