Amotekun Requirements 2021
To be qualified for the Amotekun Leopard Operation Recruitment, you must have the following requirements;
- Applicants must not be younger than 18 years and should not be more than 70 years
- The applicant must also posses a first school leaving certificate
Meanwhile, some positions and offices in the Amotekun will require the applicants to also have the following requirements and academic qualifications:
- An SSCE/O’level result.
- The SSCE must be any of WAEC or NECO.
- 5 credits pass will be required in your relevant subjects
- The credits must include English and Mathematics.
- O’level must not be less than two sittings.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, HND or ND for some positions.
- A skill in computer might be required for some vacancies.

Amotekun Operations
The aim of the Amotekun Operation Leopard security squad is assist police and other security agencies in the listed states in combating and curbing the following:
- Terrorism
- Banditry
- Robbery
- Kidnapping
- Herdsmen and farmers clashes.
Amotekun Salary Structure
The initial Amotekun monthly salary was fixed at ₦13,500 until Members of the corps rejected. As such, the Governors if the Amotekun operative states have reconsidered by fixing the Amotekun monthly salary at N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira).
Note: The Amotekun salary is base on rank,h academic qualifications and operational duty.
