AKSU JAMB Cut Off Mark Update for 2021
JAMB has released the General Cut off Mark for all Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education.
To be sure of getting admission this year with your JAMB score, I will advise you to maintain a JAMB score range as shown below.
- 160 and above if you are going for a federal university.
- 160 and above if you are going for a state University.
- 120 – 150 and above If you are going to a private university.
- 120 and above if you are going for a polytechnic.
- 100 and above if you are going to a college.
Note: These might not be the exact score range that JAMB released but I will advise you to strictly adhere to this one because JAMB has also given all schools the right to set their own cut-off mark that meets their admission standard.
So for this reason, the Akwa Ibom State University has set its 2021/2022 academic session’s admission Cut off Mark as stated below:

Despite the fact that the Akwa Ibom State University Cut off Mark for 2021 has been set at 160, it also advisable for you to know that this cut-off mark may vary per department.
The 160 JAMB Cut off mark is general which means “Any candidate that scores up to that is eligible to apply for AKSU 2021 Post UTME Exercise.
But this is not a guarantee that you will surely be admitted if you score up to 160. All applicants must meet the AKSU Departmental Cut off Point to be eligible for admission into the course they applied for.
What to do if you don’t meet AKSU Cut off Mark
If your JAMB Score Doesn’t meet up with the required AKSU Cut off Mark for 2021, then I will kindly recommend you to do the following:
