Below are Post UTME Admission Requirements and Eligibility for 2020 Admission in AAU. 

  1. Interested Candidate must be those that took part in the JAMB Exam and had chosen AAU as its first choice.
  2. AAU Post UTME Admission exercise is for all candidates that chose AAU as their first choice in the 2020 Jamb UTME Exam.
  3. All AAU applicants must score at least 180 in their Jamb Exam.
  4. Applicants must have at least 5 credits pass in their O’ level Result (NECOWAEC, NABTEB, GCE) etc. And the Credit must include Mathematics and English language.
  5. Participants must attach their AAU POST UTME form to their Documents when coming for AAU POST UTME exercise.

AAU Direct Entry (D.E) Direct Entry Requirements

To be qualified for AAU Direct Entry application and also stand a chance to be admitted, you must meet the following requirements.

  • Minimum five (5) Credit pass in your O’level result (NECO, WAEC, NABTEB, GCE).
  • O’level Result must not be more than two sittings.
  • 2 passes (in prescribed subjects for each discipline) in the A’Level Exam (JUPEB, Cambridge, IJMB or Institute of Baccalaureate). SSCE/GCE, NTS/NBC credits equivalents in three other subjects
  • Two Passes in 2 major subjects in the NCE with S.C.E., NTC/NBC credits or equivalents.
  • A Minimum of lower credit grade in N.D or National Innovation Diploma and the O’Level requirements

How to Create AAU Post UTME Account

  • Go to AAU Post UTME screening portal  @ https://putme.aaua.edu.ng/
  • Tab on Create Account and enter your JAMB Reg. Number to Create your Account.
  • Generate RRR and follow the steps below.

How To Pay AAU POST UTME Fee | How To Obtain The form Online

  • Generate Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR)
  • Use the RRR number to make your Post UTME payment at any bank outlet.
  • The amount to pay is Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) Only.
  • Obtain a print-out containing the RRR number from the Bank after making your payment.
  • Make sure you use your UTME Reg No. and your Full Names at the point of payment and registration.
  • After payment, Follow the steps below to Complete Your POST UTME Registration
  • You can Also Follow the “Payment Instruction” on the Portal


AAU Post UTME Registration & Application Process

  • Upon successful payment, return to the POST UTME portal to complete your Registration as follows:
  • Fill in the Post UTME Form by filling your Biodata Form online.
  • Upload your O’Level results
  • Also Upload Your passport photograph (Should be in a JPEG format and don’t Put on glasses, cap or head tie.)
  • Upload your O’level Result (not More than Two (2) sittings) including WAEC, NECO or NABTEB results.
  • Ensure to check all the details you provide to make sure they are accurate.


Kindly print your “Post Registration Slip” because that is what will be use to identify you.

Your screening date and time is stated on your “Registration Slip”. Make sure you don’t miss out the date and time.

Candidates are advised to Use a valid & active email and phone number. The University will not be responsible for failure to get information if you provide an invalid email or phone number.

AAU Post UTME Application /Registration Deadline 2020

For now, the Deadline for AAU Post UTME Application /Registration Closing Date 2020 has not been announced yet.

Also note that AAU Post UTME registration and Application for the 2020/2021 exercise will last for two weeks from the starting date.

Therefore we advise all applicants are to apply & register on or before the deadline. Failure to do that will deny your the privilege of participating in the POST Utme Exercise.
